Hiya,
I've just been reading through the CA BON application for licensure by examination form and came across this paragraph.
"Transcripts are required from all colleges and/or universities you attended that reflect courses required for a degree in nursing, including general education course requirements and all nursing courses. Transcripts must be received and evaluated by the Board prior to being found eligible for the NCLEX examination."
I attended prior to commencing my degree an "Access to Higher Education (Nursing)" course for one year. So, according to the above statement I would have to get transcripts from that course too?
Sorry for being dense but I just wanted to clarify so that I get it right the first time.
Regards

that is my understanding. Are you able to get something from uni on that course?
I wouldn't think so as it was through a college of further education plus in a different county. I will contact them as well, see what they have to say.
Just another question, do I ask the uni/college to send the transcripts to me and then I forward them together with the completed application to the CA BON? Or do they have to be sent directly from uni/college to the CA BON?
Sorry for these questions, this has probably been posted somewhere already, I've just been reading so much these past few days my heads in somewhat of a spin!

usually they need to be in a sealed envelope with their official stamp, you could arrange pick up. That is what I did with my transcripts, I arranged FedEx to pick up from uni. So I had control as CGFNS used to take longer to open snail mail then mail sent by currier
