transcript help for NCLEX!!!

So I took my nclex last week and still no results (CA resident) and when I called the BRN they said my file was incomplete because they didn't have my transcripts, even though my school should have sent them several weeks ago. To speed up the process, I was just going to drive up and hand deliver them myself ASAP. My question is do I need to bring transcripts from all colleges I attended because I took some general ed classes from a different college than the one I attended for nursing school. Wondering if this is the hold up because I only requested an official transcript from my nursing school to be sent. Please help! I've tried calling the board 44 times today already and it just goes to voicemail or a busy signal. And when I was finally able to get a hold of them yesterday, they hung up on me!
