I am currently looking at applying to the summer 2015 program at Touro University. I am really excited about the 16 month program. However I am a little worried I did hear at one point they lost their accreditation? Does anyone have any details on that? I see that they are accredited by the CCNE. I just can't find to much on this school so I was curious if anyone had any info :) Thank you.

I have applied for Summer 2015 for the BSN. I have submitted all the requirements but now we have to wait until after the deadline 05/10/15 to hear anything. Does anyone know if we get an acceptance letter and even if we don't get accepted to we get notify? Has anyone applied before and met the requirements and wasn't accepted?

Yeah I was told we would get an email either way if we are accepted or not.... I'm not sure there isn't much information on Touro anywhere online. I've been looking for information or other people's opinions on the program and haven't found much.

Did you apply for summer 2015. I submitted everything by 04/30/15 and the advisor said he will turn in everything to the department but I won't hear from them until after 5/10/15. Have you heard anything? Do you know how long it takes to hear anything?

Yeah I did! I got my acceptance letter already.... Did you hear anything yet?

No, I spoke to the advisor last week and he forgot to turn in my application. I was upset because the committee was out for the rest of the week so I have to wait until this week when they have their next review. He said I should hear from him hopefully by Friday. He said it shouldn't affect me since its after the deadline and it was his mistake but I am nervous. I am crossing my fingers. Does it tell you when orientation is?

My pre req gpa was 3.50 and I don't remember my exact HESI score but it was not amazing unfortunately..... Not sure if that helps :)

Hey! Any chance any of you care to share your experience this far? Just curious how the clinical hours are met during the program (e.g. weekly vs. all at the end of the program).
