Tooked nclex and i know i failed how can i apply again for ,im from cali please help.

Hey guys,i need advice. I took nclex and i know i failed. Cant wait for the letter so im planning to reapply. Do i have to apply all the way to brn california or just schedule at once a test at pearson vue. Do i need another att??

First off, you need to think positive thoughts! Why are you thinking you failed? I just took my test on Thursday (01/07/10) and when I left the test I was almost certain I had failed because I only had 75 questions before the test turned off and I felt so uncertain about it. I was sure I had bombed the test after all of that. I got my results today and I had passed, even though I was more than certain I had done terrible. Have faith in yourself and just wait for the results. Chances are you did a lot better than you are giving yourself credit for.

But if you are sure you want to go ahead and re-apply I believe you have to wait 3 months to take the test again. Each state is different. You can contact the testing center in your area and they can point you to the right places to get your answers.

Good Luck though and have faith! You probably did amazingly well. :nurse:

You can't do anything until you get the official results so relax and look for the best. Hope you are pleasantly surprised.

Wait until you get your official results IF YOU have failed then CA will send you the paperwork you need to complete to resit.

Hi there! Did you apply for California? I also took the test on January 7 but until now, I don't know the result except that the PVT works good for me. Thanks!

i took the test in CA last december 23, but until now, i did not received any letter from them yet. i called the boards and they were telling me the results has been mailed two days ago. you cannot re apply yet not until you get their letter. so we better wait and pray everyday to have nailed it.
