Took NCLEX today

I took my NCLEX today, shut off at 75 questions. I am so nervous. I will say that if I dont pass I am not sure how I will study for the next time. I truely believed I was as ready as I was going to be.

Had some who would you see first, what would be the immediate assessment, tons of meds and about 8-10 check all teh apply which I HATE:devil: No math at all, not sure it thats good or not:o

I am in PA so I have NO idea when results are going to be posted. Some friends are getting them in 2 business days one friend who took it on Monday didnt get results until Friday:o
