You need to wait 24 hrs after the completion of the test for Pearson to finalize the results. Any attempt to use the trick before the 24 hr period may give you a false "good pop up". You will get that message from the time you paid for the original test until 24 hrs after taking the test. The trick is utilizing Pearson's payment system. It will not allow you to schedule another exam while the first one is still active. Once the test is finalized, the computer system will either allow you to schedule (and pay) for another test or refuse payment if you passed giving you the same message as you posted.
Ideally, Pearson would have the " Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this time. Another registration cannot be made at this time." from the time you scheduled the original test until the test score is finalized and then have another message if you passed such as "Our records indicate that you passed the test. PLEASE STOP ATTEMPTING TO SCHEDULE ANOTHER TEST!!"

Okay, If I do passed I'll write an article on how I did it. But anyway, today I took the LVN test today. Got 205 questions and I was there for about 4 hours and 5 minutes. As soon as I get in the car tried the PVT trick. I got this:
The candidate currently has an open registration for this exam. A new registration cannot be created at this time.
And then after an hour I got home (traffic is bad in LA) I got this:
Our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this time. Another registration cannot be made at this time.
What does that mean?
