I bet for $1 that you will PASS. I have the exact same feeling as you. I got 76 questions. A lot of medications, teaching and priority questions which I feel I know nothing for. I did look up the answers for some questions I can remember after the test and found I got most of them wrong. But I found out today that I passed. I am so happy. And I think you pass just like me.

From what we have been told about NCLEX, if your test shuts off at 75, you could have passed or failed, if it shuts off at 265, you could have passed or failed. You never know if you passed or failed based on the number of questions you were asked. You just need to have faith in yourself and wait and see. I wish you the best of luck!!! I will be in your shoes this summer so I will say a prayer for all of us that have to go through this this year.
And congrats to you, bbpp, way to go!!

First advice that I got after taking my Nclex is NOT to look over any questions you remembered or open any books because it adds to the stress if you think that you did not answer it right or maybe you remembered the question wrong.. I think majority of the people who takes this test don't feel good after taking the test. Everybody I know said they felt like $%*# after and I have never met anyone that said that they felt good after the test and they're sure that they passed....I too thought I failed for sure and was positive that I only knew 20% of the test.. but low and behold, 2 weeks later, I found out I passed so don't loose hope. Just think positive and try not to stress(I know this is the hardest part).. and few days from now you will open up the BRN website and you will find your name!!!!
