Took NCLEX RN 4/8/16....waiting....

I just took the NCLEX RN, 45 minutes, shut off at 75 questions. Tried the Pearson Vue trick, and it won't let me register (good), but tells me my results are on hold (bad)..,so, inconclusive so far😫. I should have planned better- scheduling on a Friday means I'll probably have to wait until Monday or Tuesday for results!! The waiting is the worst part😔. I get mixed messages about the Pearson Vue trick these days- some people have passed with "holds" or the "bad" message, and some people have failed with the "good" message. So, I know the only way to know for sure is to wait....but it's torture!!! I'm pretty sure I'm on hold either because of my fast timing, or the fact that they had to rescan my hands a dozen times!

Was this your first time taking the NCLEX? Was it difficult?

It was my first time taking the RN--I'd done the PN before. I didn't find it super hard, but that makes me even more nervous!

What did you use to study? Did you get alot of SATAN questions?

I got a ton of SATA questions!

I only really got a couple of medication questions- more delegation and prioritization and assessment than anything else- a LOT of prioritization!

I took NCLEX RN 4/7, I haven't tried Pearson trick, I'm in CA, and when i checked processing times on BRN site they're currently processing Mar.15-31st.

How would I check processing times in CT? I'm still on holdí ½í¸«

LOL @ "SATAN questions". Such an apt description! I'd be careful discussing ANYTHING about the content of the exam, that release we had to sign was pretty thorough and strict.

So, It's Sunday morning, and no news.....guessing I'm one of those people who's going to be waiting forever for results. Maybe I'll get lucky and the hold will lift tomorrow

Hey, I took the nclex-rn on April 8 as well. I'm trying the pearson vue trick but it says the same thing you're having;"on hold" Man I hate the waiting. I hope to Lord we pass. :banghead::nurse:
