@Future Nurse T: I did HURST i took the NCLEX exactly 45 days ago and failed... i got the CC screen when i checked after my test so i completely believe in PVT!! i feel a heck of a lot better. for the practice questions i have always had problems with SATA but since i started viewing each answer as T or F statements, i have gotten more of them right- i think this video hits the nail on the head as to how to prepare for those type of questions
I just used the newest saunders yellow one and the pearson red NCLEX books,, all I did was questions questions questions, even getting them wrong teaches you how to answer them the next time. I did not take a review class or anything. Nursing school prepares us and its up to us to just pull the knowledge out@@! its there!@@.. This whole 100-200 questions a day.! ha I did 20 -30 if that.. you can only retain so much. I felt like my test was a common sense exam. "If I observe this what should I do. Just like in the hospital "if we see our PCA throwing restraints on our patient without orders wouldnt we stop that action." that a example I made up.. stuff like that. :)

SO I took my NCLEX TODAY and I got 85 questions.~ ! once I went pass 75 my heart sank and I begin to start to sweat.. I figured well I'm going to the 265 point so I should prepare and it shut off at 85!~ my mouth dropped and It made me feel worse... Could it be I got so many wrong it wanted 10 more to see if I was capable or what.. My test was 80 percent SATA.. I cant even believe I had so many... No math, 20 percent mult- choice questions..
I did the pop up even though I decided not to and it says (our records indicate that you have recently scheduled this exam. Please contact your member board for further assistance) WHAT DO I DO ~?~~
