My girlfriend and I subscribed to learningextension.com for 5 weeks and wasted a lot of time reading. In retrospect I feel like we should have invested most of our time doing Q & A. Also we read Mosby 2nd edition flash cards, which were relatively easier. EVERYTHING we studied for was easier than the NCLEX. So many of the priority questions could have been two answers for me after I deducted 2 out of 4. So, the NCLEX left me feeling numb and like I failed.
i actually think the reverse. i spent a lot of time doing questions that i lost track of reading/reviewing content. when i took the exam, even the simplest things like assessing apical pulse drew a blank from me. i know now i got it wrong. i got so many easy questions wrong. kicking myself now that i didnt review over content...

Hello everyone just joined today, this is a great website to help relieve your anxiety while waiting for the NCLEX results. It's good to see so many people feeling the same way I do. I took my NCLEX this monday it stopped at ~170. I know everyone keeps saying the number isn't an indication of your results but it still makes me nervous. I started tripping after #75 because the majority of my classmates stopped at #75. I had a lot of priority questions, a couple math questions, and maybe 10 or less pharmacology questions. Most were what patient would you see first type questions. My girlfriend who took the NCLEX at the same time as me ran out of time at the 264th question so we are both extremely anxious to get the results.
