Took NCLEX RN just now, 75Q

Published

Took the NCLEX RN today. Never thought that I would actually stop at 75 Q but it did. I'm not sure what to think -- I don't think I failed and I don't think I passed, either? I guess it could go either way. I got a few math and about 10 SATA's. I don't know if it was my mind playing tricks on me but I thought all the SATA's were kind of easy. Maybe that was just my over confidence.

You see I'm particularly concerned because I graduated two months ago and only got a 934 on the HESI. I did not take a review course because I couldn't find any in my area AT ALL. I did sign up for the 3 week subscription of the NCSBN. I honestly wasn't too impressed with it though. All it is is pages and pages of notes that I already have a library of. I thought it would be more interactive and include special ways of remembering things. I didn't actually finish it but I did do most of the practice questions it provided and I did okay on those.

What do you think my prognosis is? :imbar

I got a 913 on HESI and passed nclex with 75 questions. as long as you studied and did questions to prepare, I think you have passed. also I didn't take a review course. I just studied from mostly saunders and the kaplan strategies book.

hello!

anything is possible! i am confident you did great and wait for your results before you "think" you failed and didn't do well. your confidence in the sata is good to hear, i'm not sure if i will have that! :)

try to stay busy and focus your energy on other activities while waiting for your results. it's done, you've taken the exam, all you can do at this point is wait anxiously for your results.

best wishes to you during your wait.

have a wonderful weekend! :)

I DID practice a lot of questions, but I doubt that I practiced nearly as many as everyone else. I bet I did about 100 on average every other day. Thanks for your reply.
