My test consisted of about 12 SATA.....the drugs I saw I recognized and I'm so thankful of that, which was about four drug questions. I had a lot if Mental Health questions....a lot of prioritizing questions....7 exhibit questions....four Maternity questions....10 conference questions...and also med surg.. and was so thankful for that....Med Surg is a good strength for me! NOT ONE MATH QUESTION! So knowing CONTENT really helped. I used Lacharity PDA....Saunders...Nclex 3500 (did100-300 questions a nit) and the floating study guide I obtained from the allnurses website. Good Luck hopes this help.
Yes it does target rn but if you know to stay within scope of practice...you should be okay....the assessment and prioritizations questions truly helped me for the test...delegation as well to focus on what patients a Lpn could receive.....I really love that book...practice questions in the back...its worth it!
Did you get your results ?
Took exam today....computer shut off at 85.....got the good pop-up....hopefully it's accurate....this 48 hour wait has given me the jitters!
I will be taking the NCLEX-PN soon - still waiting for the ATT. What is the "good pop-up"? I have my green Saunders NCLEX-PN book plus some NCLEX-PN flash cards. Will try to review pharma and maternity stuff.
