Took NCLEX this morning!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Published

Well I had my test this morning and I am sooooooooooooooooooo sick and nausiated. I had 165 questions. Mostly OB and alot of priority questions. I am not sure what to make of it. I have done well in all my practice tests, me class and everything, it just seems like this test was soooooooooooo hard. I really do not know what to expect. I really think I failed with the amount of questions I did. I guess I will just wait and cry!!!!!!

As hard as it is, don't sweat over it. What's done is done. Wait until you get your results...which if you did test on computer, should be pretty darn quick...not like the 6 weeks I had to wait 18 years ago. I have my fingers crossed for you.

And was it really that hard or were you stressin' over it, which can cloud your ability to think clearly? Go do something fun, that you haven't had time to do because you've been in nursing school.

After my recent experience with NCLEX, I've come to the conclusion that waiting for the results is one of the most stressfull 48 hours a nursing student can have. I second guessed every question I could remember until it made me crazy. When I found out that I passed I couldn't believe it, cuz I had worked myself into a tizzy. Here's hoping that you can remain calm and hopefull and in 48 hours see that all important word...PASS. My prayers are with you!

Hi,,,I was going crazy for 48 hours, almost went mad and took my poor Mom with me :) I was so sure I had failed...but I passed...so its hard, the waiting, but whatever the outcome , be positive and know that you did your best and you can always re do it....hang in there it will pass

whoooooooooooooooooooooot !!! :balloons: :balloons:

congrats to you !!! now go "aaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"...:D

Relax and just wait until you get your scores. We had to wait 6 to 8 weeks for our results in the old days. There are nurses that flunk with only 75 questions and there are those that pass with having to answer more than 250 questions.

Good luck to you. Our thoughts are with you. :balloons:

I can relate to that nauseated feeling. Keep us updated. Wishing you the best!
