Took nclex this morning. :(

Nursejess12, I took my NCLEX this morning and got 140 questions. Once it didn't cut off at 75 I though in my mind "oh s**t", but I also remembered I was still in the game if it kept going. Them question #90 came, then #100, then #120. I then began to get discouraged and thought "what am I doing wrong?!" I raised my hand took a break, went to the restroom, prayed, repeated to myself "I will pass the NCLEX-RN the FIRST time", dashed water in my face and went back in the testing center. I cut off at 140. I did the PVT trick and got the good pop up but just as you, I want to relax but can't until I see it in writing.

Joe17, I've followed a few of your posts the last few days and I said a prayer for you and some of the other NCLEX takers today. I feel we nailed it since we're getting the good pop up, but of course, we'll wait to celebrate.

I took my NCLEX yesterday 1/27/1012 I had 239 questions and im am really nervous I also got the good pop up and I am hoping and praying that I passed ! everyone who reads my post please say a prayer for me I hope the PVT really works do anyone know of someone who got the good popup and it didnt work?

Hello everyone. I am a RN nursing student who is almost done with school only 15 more weeks. I am very nervous about the nclex test I do not feel ready at all. During the 2 years of school it has been study, cram for this test pass then on to the next when it all comes down to it looking back I think oh no I can't remember anything I studied due to craming and passing one subject after another. Our school uses ATI & my sister who just graduated suggested Kaplan. I also heard that Hurst is good also. Any suggestions for me before I spend my last poor nursing student money on nclex reveiw help? Also I have been reading everyone's comments about nclex & I noticed allot of comment on PVT pop up when taking nclex what exactly is that? :)

nursejess12...I know it is easier said then done but try to relax until you find out your results. I have had a few friends who have taken nclex and took the whole 265 questions and passed. Good luck

The exam was hard for me, because I didnt review enough I guess. It kept me going to 265 questions because I would get a few hard questions, and then back to a few easier questions and then back up... So if you are getting a lot of the harder questions in a row (SATA, priority, delegation ect.) then you know you are doing good. My advice is go in telling yourself you will pass. Take your time with each question and if you have to guess, try and narrow it down to 2 answers. Good luck! keep us updated!

I didnt know the answer and I guessed at it, and came home and looked it up and pretty sure I got it wrong. I have heard that if you get all questions and get the last one wrong, you fail. Has anyone else heard this? Oh and I did the PVT and got the good pop up, but im having a really hard time trusting it right now

So i took NCLEX in May, had 265 questions. I know how nervous you must be. I did the PVT all weekend. I got the pop up every time I checked. I have heard of the good pop up changing to the cc page once but only it happened within the first couple hours of taking the NCLEX. I would say if your message is still the good pop up...rest assured, ypu passed! More importantly you can't change it now. Its already done. Just continue to pray and claim your success!!

Believe me;,. I actually don't know what PVT means until I took my exam last friday;,. was so down because I do felt I failed and being punished with tons and tons of SATA, pharmacology, no calculation , i illustration and i picture;,. I tried the trick after learning it on this site saturday dawn time;,. got the message that can't register ;,.contact board of nursing for assistance ;,.i thought it's a fail mark., but somene assured me on this site that I actually did pass;,.but honestly can't still figure it out how PVT really does miracle;,. until this morning when I checked my quick result;,..I REALLY DID PASS;,... THE SACRIFICES OF ENDLESS NIGHTS AND DAYS OF REVIEWS JUST WELL-PAID OFF;,. THANKS God;,..be happy now;,. You too actually PASS!!! take it from me;,..Congratulations to both of us!!!!

Having the last question wrong doesn't mean you fail,same applies to the opposite..remember there are 15 item pilot question which are not counted so who knows maybe your last one was a pilot Qs. If the PVT give you a good pop up. Accompanying delivery successful I will hold to that for now.same as you got the good pop up but won't open my beers till my result. I'm a believer of pvt trick but when it comes to my self there's a side of me that o don't want it to be a trick. I want the proof. Hopefully on Monday will find out. Best of luck mate. Joe

Two of my classmates went the full 265 and passed. Hang in there, if you got the good pop up it's likely you passed.
