Too many science courses?

Nursing Students Student Assist

Hi, I need some feedback. I'm taking human A&P, fundamental chemistry, A&P for hearing and audiology, and language science (last two courses needed to complete ASLP certificate). I figured there would be some overlap in the A&P courses so it should be ok. Let me add that I'm not the best science student but I will be a full-time student for the first time since I've left high school. So, what do you guys and girls think?

How long have you been out of school? and how difficult do you find the sciences? That should drive your decision. I say do it, but I love science (and math) and have taken multiple science courses in the same semester. I took basic chem with A&P 1, micro with A&P 2, and molecular biology with genetics. Chem and A&P also have some overlap you'll find. I want to also add that I packed in as many classes as I could in a semester because our school charges the same blanket tuition in the 13-18 credit hour range, so I figured even if I couldn't hack it, I could drop a class without eating the tuition money because it'd be in the "freebie" zone :D I never did have to drop, but that was one of the factors I considered when packing in a semester.

Good luck to you!! :D

to me, the science courses were the most interesting, in part because they all pertained to my career. Also, they are more objective. I recommend you give it a try, or talk to your academic advisor about any concerns.
