Today I took my pratice test A for LS2. I got a 64%, it looks as though I need to study mental health nursing some more (blagh--hate it) and liver disorders. If I can get in the 70's on my test B before taking the real exam I'll be happy. I got in the 60's on LS1 and a B on the real test. SOOOOOO happy to be finishing up...I can FINALLY see the light at the end of the tunnel!!! :D

Thank you both! It's a lot of boring material on this one so it;s tough to get my head around it. I think I'll do fine too. I HOPE! Then on to LS3 in March!! Then tackle the FCCA :)

good idea Frankie! Have you taken the CPNE yet?? I'll take the part B of the exam a day before my real exam or maybe a few days before (I like to study the ones I got wrong and drill the wright answer into my brain!)

i passed cpne in december in albany. just recv'd my diploma in the mail and im still in shock. i took LS3 in august, the only one i got a practice exam for because i heard it was the hardest. i forgot to take part 2 until 3 hours before testing:eek:. dont know if its still the same but i thought some of the questions from the pctice test were actually on the exam.

There are always a few questions from the practice tests on the real thing...I always take the practice tests because 75.00 is cheaper than paying another 270 to take it again!! Glad to hear you passed!!! How did you like Albany?? I hear the hotel is attatched to the medical center?? Nice! I'm going alone,I think if I take anyone with me it will only stress me out more.

i really liked the hotel. the food was good. i tested at st peters, which was approx 2miles down the road. but amc is right there. you dont even have two go outside. which is really nice in the winter. i took my dad because i was scared of oversleeping. wanted to make sure someone else could here the alarm clock.:)

I got a 58 and 54 on these practice tests. I always seem to score in the 50's on these things. I calculated the numbers I got wrong in each category (Behaviors seems to be the worst for me also). In the past, my scores were in the 50's and I would pass the exams with B/C, but recently I failed 2 (LS3 and Chronicity). So I'm putting a lot more effort in. I test for LS2 Tuesday, just hope I pass. Good luck to you, let me know how you do.

I did think LS2 was the hardest also but scored something like a 62 on practice test 1 and 68 on practice test 2 and got an A. I always retake the practice exams and go through notes morning of exams. Good luck!

Good luck Nervous1, let me know how it goes! I'll keep you in my thoughts!!! Gardening, I always do the SAME thing, re read the practice exams and noted the day of the test too so it's fresh. I have been reading every day but I hate psych nursing!!

Tuesday will be here soon. I always memorize the practice tests beforehand and get to the testing center an hour early to retread. I always tested at 2pm but for the last two exams I tested at 11am, and failed both times. Hoping that moving back to 2pm testing time will help, my brain is not fully operational that early in the day I think.
