To The Hiring Staff.

ive been reading the post on terminated. i got a question. on the job applications it would say before you sign, that employees may separated from employment with or without cause with or without notice for any reason.

my question is aren't any of the staff really concern about this? and after reading the other post about being ternimated is that showing that people are being terminated just for the fun of it?

Most places will not be terminating anyone for just any ole reason. Usually if there is a termination it is because someone has been warned about something multiple times and chooses to continue the behavior or action, there has been a major blatant policy break or there is a major personality conflict between someone and the majority of people they work with. I really dont think most places arbitrarily go around deciding one day they dont like the color of your scrubs and terminate you. Even the above reasons, most employers will work with someone, reeducate, change a shift so personality conflicts can be resolved to avoid terminating someone.

Even though "at will" states leave that option open, most places dont hire someone just to look forward to fireing them. Most have enough positions open they cant afford to let people go. Orientation itself is expensive enough for employers that they dont want to waste it on someone they may not keep.

but there has been, and two the way ive been told when you or i sign the application its tell them that you or i have promise not to sue them, if thing don't work out.

plus they can turn you to state to have your license pull. people are getting terminated for the hick of it.
