Please look at the first part, in the one with an exclamation mark inside the triangle. Please give me the exact word per word of this sentence/fill in the blanks: "Isolate _____________________________ who have immunosupressive disorders from a child with a communicable disease." maritelrn 31 Posts Aug 21, 2011 Hi Mon2x_RN....The item goes this way...ISOLATE HIGH-RISK CHILDREN, SUCH AS CHILDREN WHO HAVE IMMUNOSUPPRESSIVE DISORDERS,FROM A CHILD WITH A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE. When are you taking nclex? I'm taking it on Sept.5...wish me luck....:)
