To Nclex 08/07/07 still no results

I am kind of worried I have taken the nclex for the second time and still waiting for my results. I called BON last friday and they said they dont have my results. the lady said they only have my results from the first time I took the nclex. I asked if there was a reason she said they havent got to yours yet. I wonder dont they the get them automatically sent from pearson and arent they in the system it was 17 days after I took the exam. has anyone experienced this before.

Hi chefynars, I just called this morning and they told me my file was sent to enforcement and we are trying to clear you. I told the lady the first time I took the boards it went through enforcement, she said this is the first time it is going through enforcement. she said I cant tell you your results but by law you have to be cleared. she said if your not able to pass boards we are not gonna try to clear you. I said I dont understand, she said listen to what I am saying we are a small company , budget cuts and everything else we are not gonna waste our time and hours to clear someone if someone isnt able to pass the boards. so I said if I fail it would not go to enforcement. she said yes. so basically I think I passed the exam. so It might be another week. I told her why the first time they said it was going through enforcement she said that was my fingerprints & background. we will see.
