As a Canadian citizen you could do both. Use TN until PD is current and able to change to GC. That is if your plan is to live in the US

I might actually just go for EB3 and while I wait, I can continue working to solidify my trauma nursing experience. I already have a priority date of 2006 since I had an abandoned petition in the past. I'm just not 100% sure if i want a pay cut for 2 years as a sponsoring agency wanted 24 months of service in return. TN on other hand pays a little more and I can go now since I have a current visa screen and license.

Decisions decisions haha
