Yes I am planning to take a refresher course do u know a good course in california.thanks

No, I do not. I only know about Kaplan online prep test course. I took that after failing my first time. I feel it helped me tackle questions better.

Ok Thanks for your helpí ½í¸

Hurst is great for lectures. You can type in Hurst lecture mp3 4 shared any topic like Oncology, Cardio, Neurology ect. on your phone and you can listen to the lectures. Great review.

Is there a way you can go back to nursing school for a semester or two? I realize this is an expensive option, but if you've been out of school for seven years, and you failed the first two times you tried the NCLEX when you were fresh from school, I think you're going to need more than a Kaplan prep or Hurst review course. These courses are intended to supplement and focus recent instruction. They're not meant to reteach what you are supposed to know from school.

Perhaps you could contact your former nursing school, and ask if you could audit the lectures (just sit in on them, but not take for credit), which usually has a fee, but far less than tuition. If you're in a place that only allows 3 NCLEX attempts and you've used up two of them, you can't afford to go into the exam with anything less than complete preparation.

Hi,

Buy the Ncsbn 3 or 5 week program. Its affordable and questions challenge you more (I thought).

I did a schedule and stuck to it. Go to lib while your kids are in school or beg a family member to help out at least , 8-1. M-F . Sat 50 questions at home, Sun off for mental break. Do it for one month , pray, stay positive and believe in yourself.

You can do it!!!

I believe you can, best of luck :)
