Hi everyone! I have yet to see a thread but I wanted to make a page for students applying to TCC 2018-2019. I'm applying for the August deadline which is less than a month away! I'm so nervous and I have yet to take my Hessi. Please feel welcome to be a part of the thread even if you're not applying to TCC yet for information or advice!

I'm sorry to hear that. But like you said it's probably best since your having your little one in April. Congrats :) plus it gives you some time to get those coreqs done and get in next time.

I finally got my letter today. I got in! I'm super excited but bummed we have to wait until next year to start.

Hey guys! Just started stalking this thread because I got my acceptance letter yesterday! Bummed we don't start until Fall 2019 but still excited!! Can't wait to meet you all at orientation in July!

What were you grades and HESI score, if you don't mind sharing?

HESI was somewhere around 84. Can't exactly remember what my GPA was but I'm also a certified nursing assistant and have a bachelors from JMU which I'm sure both helped me a little

Hey guys! Congrats to everyone who got in, I didn't get in sadly but it's okay, I can always reapply in January and to other schools. I'm so happy for everyone whom was able to get in!! If you want something bad enough it will happen! :)

wishing2beRN you should definitely apply in Jan. You had an awesome HESI score. Plus you will have your A&P 2 done.

Still no mail at all since like Thursday, maybe the mailman isn't delivering any? I dunno haha. The wait continues!
