Work was not bad yesterday, a short meeting was moved to another day so I had more time than I thought. Ran an errand after work and exercised but otherwise was a fairly ordinary day

Today have a Zoom meeting after work but other than that nothing unusual happening.  Think I'm finally past that migraine, feel normal at last

Have begun thinking about the trip to Madison next, reviewing what I plan to do once I get there.  Packing should be quick, just a one day trip

Going to be another warm day around 70

G'Morning.

Three more days of predicted thunderstorms and rain, while temps will be in the mid-70's. So far we haven't had any thunderstorms, or even much rain. Nuthin' I can do about Mother Nature, so I am fine with whatever weather comes our way. Where we are seems to sometimes be under a bell-jar, in that lots of that kind of weather seems to go around us.

BiL has had the cable company restore our ability to receive the channels that most often DO run the Braves games, so at least there is another option for channels that Nannie will watch, even if she doesn't UNDERSTAND the who and what of the games, and will require 'explanations'.

Today's itinerary is same-old-same-old: Get Nannie up and dressed, give her the meds with her breakfast, THEN, wash up the ever-present dirty dishes, trash emptying, and laundry.  Then get through the remainder of the day without 🙁🤯.

Hi.

Its another nice day here, up to 70! I saw the Dr., got an X-ray, and learned a new word: enthesopathy.  I have inflammation around my heel bone. Next steps may be a PT or podiatry referral. And he gave me the okay to use Voltaren gel on it. I was hesitant due to the warnings on the label. 

Anyway, I stopped to get dd a birthday gift. I got her a houseplant for her office. Or is that an office plant? I also tried to get her a gift certificate online, but it wouldn't go through.

How is it possible that she is 44 years old today? How do I have 3 children older than 40? And I took my car through the car wash at the dealership. They offer free car washes when you buy a car from them. Then home to play in the mud/do a little gardening. I have a gold lesson today.

G'day!

Had an okay day. Again processed a lot of discharges.  Left a bunch of open beds for the night shift to be slammed with admissions.  Ugh.....
