Felt a lot better yesterday.  Which was good as it was quite busy at work, a new case and a lot of documents to review.  Forgot some things at the grocery store yesterday so took part of my lunch hour to finish that

After work I found out the political event I was planning to attend actually wasn't for 2 weeks, after driving there and finding no one there, so I did an online version instead.  Otherwise it was a pretty quiet evening for me

After doing good for weeks in recent days the cat has begun her near daily vomiting again.  I think she has a hairball she can't quite get rid of, going to increase the hairball medication a bit and see if that helps.  At least she seems normal otherwise

After work today have a Zoom meeting and then have to get to church a bit early to serve as usher for the Maundy Thursday service

Will be a warmer day today, upper 60s, though we might get a bit of rain

Tweety, that is just maddening what is going on with the roofer AND with the refrigerator repair. 

I've been fighting the computer most of the day today and I'm ready to give it up. We do have a Maundy Thursday service this evening, with a meal. No choir anthem. Tomorrow evening there is a choir anthem with the Tenebrae service. Choir practice Saturday morning, and then of course Easter Sunday. Bizzy, bizzy, bizzy.

Twin B (and to a lesser extent, his brother) enjoy planning holiday meals. Then they sort-of help with the preparation. I could, honestly, do with a simple meal and maybe a good dessert or two. I was thinking carrot cake. Somebody mentioned strawberry shortcake. Twin B works both Sat and Sun nights but he will still want to have the holiday meal.

Oh, I forgot all about Easter. We don't celebrate, but we usually go out as a family to a restaurant brunch. Not this year, I guess. We are going  tomorrow to a celebration of life for a past neighbor, whose sons remain good friends of our eldest son. We haven't seen them in a long time, but there are happy memories of attending little league games and pee wee and high school football.  I have a golf lesson tonight. dd who was supposed to go with me is canceling out again. Her loss, but I paid for her lessons so thats a little irritating. 

Weather is nice today. I fertilized 20 of my roses, but had to stop when the coughing and wheezing got too much. I came in and dh was turning the house upside down looking for his phone. He did finally find it. Whew. I used the "find my phone" app on my phone and I knew it was somewhere in the house. For some weird reason, he had the ringer turned off so it didn't ring when I called him. Crisis resolved.
