Hi, one program can start next spring and be done in the following spring, being an, LPN cost is $10,000. Other is an ADN program start date is fall 2017 and be done by spring 2019, cost 's $25,000. The third program 's an accelerated bachelor's program can start in the fall of 2017 and be done by the fall of 2018, program cost $40,000.
Which of the three think be the best. I am approved for $5,000 a year tuition reimbursement with my work for those going to nursing school. I probably can squeak $8,000 out for financial aid.
Appreciate the feedback.

Hi! I guess it's all about what your ultimate goal is. If your ultimate goal is RN, I would probably choose either the ADN or ABSN. The LPN is a good price, however, if you want to go the RN route in the future, it might cost more and take more time to get that RN. It's really up to how you want you career to go at this point!
Have you applied and been accepted to all schools you listed? If not, I'd apply to all three and see where that took me!

BSN is your preferred goal without having to repeat taking time and money to go back to school; but be well aware that many people have problems with the fast pace of accelerated BSN programs. I would look for a traditional BSN program or go with the ASN program. Save the LPN program for Plan B. My opinion, just based on the surface of it.
I am a bit worried about doing the accelerated have a lot more options with the traditional route and can still work.

Since you're in CT, I'm wondering why you are considering a $25K associate's degree. The community college program is extremely well-respected and considerably less expensive ($4K per year for in-state tuition, so $8K for both years). Why would you pay three times the tuition for an ADN at a private school? The CC ADN program is even less expensive than the LPN program you're looking at.
Also, check out SCSU and UCONN for less expensive ABSN programs.
