Has anyone received the correct preference form?
I opened the attached file from their email and it was just copy of email in image file.

I emailed them, but I do not know when they are going to respond.

I got emailed on Monday with a list of dates, Tuesday they emailed me with the times available for my preferred date, and today they sent me confirmation for the interview.

I applied Plano and Dallas. Still haven't heard anything ? I applied as soon as they are opened but there was a delay for submitting  preference form because I did not get the form...
