I want to make this thread so we can start updating each other about out application process with the FACT program.
My application was completed September 11th, and obviously I haven't heard anything yet.
GOOD LUCK Everyone!!!
Hi Fatima!
Just wanted to let you know I am in the same boat as you! I decided to wait to send in my app until after I received 2 more of my pre req grades and that was Jan. 4. I have only heard that they received my application too. I'm sure they received a higher volume of applications right before the priority DL and right after so from here on out the process will not go as quickly as it did for those who applied in the fall. We will have to keep each other updated and just keep playing the waiting game!
Best of luck!!
Hey Fatima, I am also from California! (Southern California Riverside to be exact) I received an email saying that my application is complete on Nov 30th and I have not heard anything back since :-/ I have received acceptance from U of New England and MCPHS already. But i really hope I can get into Thomas Jefferson as I have lived in Philly before and really liked the city. Good luck!
Is anyone else still waiting for an admission decision? I spoke with someone on Feb 1st at Thomas Jefferson and I was told that my application is still being reviewed. Is there a supplemental application required? I never got that either. No notice of rejection....just waiting...in a limbo and feels forever :-/ If someone out there is still waiting for admission decision and haven't been rejected yet please let me know as I feel like the only one and I just couldn't get a straight answer from TJU as to the status of my application.

Hi Fatima,
I was recently accepted into the program and had my interview in mid december. I too was concerned that the program was nearly full, so i asked how many seats were still available during my interview in which jackie said only a little over half of the seats have been filled. IN regards to the msn, we are guaranteed acceptance into the program as long as we graduate and pass our boards (we do not need to maintain a minimum GPA, or reapply). Depending on what specialty you want to pursue, you may need to take a few years off to get hands on experience. Jackie said that if you want to do the neonatology msn program you need at least one year of experience. The other program that requires experience as an RN is the CRNA -- which requires two years of experience. All other specialties (women's health, gerontology, etc) do not require work experience therefore you can matriculate directly into the program. I know for most of the MSN programs we only have a two year time frame to enter after we earn our bsn, which is important to keep in mind. Hope this helps!
Best of Luck!!!
