Hi everyone! I searched and did not see an existing thread for people who applied to or are attending the fall 2018 accelerated bsn ar TESU. I wanted to start a discussion and then create a FB group! Feel free to join this thread :)
futurenursexo91 4 Posts Jul 12, 2018 Hi! I applied to TESU for this upcoming fall as well. I have an interview next week and I'm really excited but of course extremely nervous as well. Did you already have your interview and have been accepted or did you not have your interview yet?
jendav86 13 Posts Jul 12, 2018 That is exciting! I had mine last week and I am now officially enrolled. I was nervous too, they are really nice. I had read this thread before going https://allnurses.com/pre-nursing-student/16-common-nursing-962531.html ...it helped, most of what they ask is just like any interview where they want to talk about your motivation and strengths/weaknesses. Let me know how it goes! And if you attend, how far is your commute? Mine is a decent ways so I may move closer.

So did they ask any technical questions like "tell me about a time where you had to be innovative..." or something along those lines? Those kinds of questions are really the only thing I'm nervous about because speaking about my passion is easy. And I'm commuting from central jersey so it's about 40 minutes away. I'd love to relocate closer but that's not an option for me right now. Where would you be commuting from?Also, did they offer you acceptance on the spot after your interview or did they give you acceptance after?

gl01213 8 Posts Jul 29, 2018 Hi guys!I also applied to TESU and was conditionally accepted because I still needed to take the TEAS. My interview was on 7/13 and I was accepted right after. I'm really nervous about this 12 month program but I'm excited at the same time!!! I live near Jersey City so my commute will be almost 2 hours a day. I'm actually thinking of renting an apartment but I don't know the area. Someone help please!!

I was wnodering if a facebook group was ever created? i've been searching for one but cant seem to find it, and i'd love to start meeting you all!
