Hi, Are there any other Thomas Edison State University Fall 2024 cohort students out there working on getting fingerprinting and all the myriad tasks required before classes start in Septemeber?

Hey! Congrats on getting accepted! Yes I have started that (half way done)!
Hi!
Great to hear from some people!
I had my fingerprints done at the local police station because it was free. I mailed them in, but I just received an email saying that the quality of the prints is not good enough. I think I am just going to pay the $20 and have it done at IndentiGO. They do it digitally and then print them on the card, so I am hoping the quality will be better, and I won't lose anymore time. How are you guys handling fingerprints?
Also, are you guys studying up on anything before the program starts? I have been out of school for a while, so I am thinking I probably should.

Hi @Jenz124. I just tried to message you, and it said " You are only allowed to send 0 messages per day. Please try again later." Ha ha! I am not sure why this is the case. I am new to this site, so I am kinda clueless.

Hi, Admin! Thanks for the feedback. I appreciate that there are systems in place to stop spamming.

Hello Everyone,
Congratulations on your acceptance into the nursing program! I recently got accepted into the BAYADA Scholars Track - ABSN program. I'm excited to join this journey with you all. I have yet to begin fingerprinting nor have I submitted the $500 to secure my place. I'm not sure if I should defer enrollment until the Winter. With this being my second degree I used a great deal of my federal loans on my first degree. I am curious about how you all plan to fund your tuition. Did the financial aid office breakdown the cost per term for you guys? If so, can you add it to the chat? I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Lastly, do you have any advice or guidance on scholarships and private loans?

Hi! Congratulations on your acceptance
im applying for Bayada program too. 5 of the 6 prerequisite were transferred but I still have one more left which I will finish in the next few days. I also finish my personal statement. Do you think there is a chance for me to get in the fall cohort? What is the process after getting accepted into the program?

Hello, I believe the last day to submit applications for the fall cohort was July 1. However, you can contact an advisor for further clarification. After acceptance into the program they required that you submit a $500 deposit to secure your spot within seven business day. Monday will mark the seventh business day for me, and I'm currently considering deferment for the Winter cohort being that financial aid hasn't gotten back to me in regards to my financial obligation.
