is it easier if you write your nclex on your and then apply with a nursing agency or should you go with the nursing agency altogether

Makes no difference who you apply for license with and sit NCLEX. Having an agency will not make it any quicker to get in to the US with retrogression and with the long delays are you sure your agency will still be around then

One thing to consider, if a nursing agency pays the fees for your exams, etc. Then those documents belong to them and you have no control over them. Never a wise thing to be doing especially when you do not even know that they will remain in business either.

You are looking at a significant wait for the US, would take the time and save up the money to pay for the required exams and documentation; then you are your own boss.

You can easily apply to a facility on your own as well in most cases. Then you get more money for you.

Please,am interested in this. How do one apply directly to a facility from outside the USA?

You have to contact the facility and see if they will petition you, be aware you are looking at several years waiting and may find it hard to find a petitioner
