your petient is a violent and disturbed man, he tells a detail about his thoughts of killing a stranger at random. a few days later you read in detail about a violent attack in a woman who escapes with her life based on the details of case descrption, as a nurse what would you do? consquences and relevant ethicsal priniples.

    As a nurse, I think i will report the polician. fristly,i should conside the patient's beneficence and maleficence, the patient need do the mental health test. secondly,Nurses value safe practice and a safe working environment,I need consider all patients and staff safe, because the patient is a violent and very disburted man,or maybe he is culprit.
