Please explain what these are. I understand thickened liquids but what are the other two?

honey and nectar are degrees of thickening of fluids.

nectar-thick liquids are easily pourable and are the consistancy of apricot nectar (a type of juice) or thicker cream soups.

honey-thick liquids are a little thicker and are less pourable than nectar thick and will coat the sides of a glass or back of a spoon.

pudding thick will hold it's shape.
