Hello everyone! I have had a few friends go through the program and based on the info I've collected, we should start hearing back the beginning of February. Supposedly, if you did not make the cut, you'll be among the first to hear back as well.

Same here I'll also apply for fall cause I wanted to work in the Summer but I honestly wanna start as soon as possible so I'm having mixed feelings 😭😭

If you applied during the November 30th deadline, you will hear back soonest. Those who applied during December, and lastly January, will hear back in that order.

I applied December hope o hear back soon, as anyone applied in January for the extended deadline I feel like not much people applied that's why the extended it?

Hey everyone! I wasn't planning to apply for the Summer session because I took my TEAS in mid-December, which was after the initial application deadline. But since they've extended the application period, I'm now working on my NursingCAS app. Did you send your transcripts directly to NursingCAS or to UTMB?

Hi everyone! I had spoken to an advisor earlier this week, and she had said that the applicants that applied before the original November 1st deadline will receive decisions first, with students who applied later finding out after. As for applying for both Summer and fall, I wanted to do the same but realized that I wouldn't receive both decisions in time to have a choice between the two, as the fall decisions would start coming in after the Summer already starts. 

My stats are 

3.9 overall GPA

3.9 science GPA

87.8 TEAS

I heard they also really look into your personal statements so I made sure to put in most of my time into that. I also had experience shadowing nurses at the Texas Medical Center and health care related volunteering. I hope everyone who applied gets in!
