Hi! 
 I didn't see a topic for UTMB Spring 2025. How is everyone's application process going?

Has anyone received acceptances from other schools but is still waiting to hear back from UTMB? I don't know if I should accept another school program and retract once hearing back from them

Hey guys, I still haven't heard back but I am looking to stay on the island or somewhere close since housing is pretty high

I have applied to UTHealth Cizik School of Nursing in Houston is a good college too but I'm hoping I get into UTMB! Deadline for Spring 2025 is September 15th! Then notification for acceptance is I believe November 15th!

I'm still waiting to hear back from UTMB but I was accepted at SFA today, I went ahead and accepted their offer to save my spot because I can always go back and decline if I get into UTMB! Hoping to hear back soon! Best wishes for all!

Not yet, I applied to Sam Houston SON in the woodlands. Their deadline was in August and I should hear an answer back in about a week. I would rather attend UTMB though.

I am waiting on UTHSC Houston. Their dead line is coming up only; in 4 days; that is my first choice.

I really wanted to go here but they claim to require a chemistry I class and I only have intro to chem so I didn't try to apply. I've heard it's an amazing school, I'm sure you'll get in! (Edit) I just looked and it now says "general chemistry " that's really weird, I had asked an advisor and she told me they wanted Chem 1- that was maybe 6 months ago.

Thanks for sharing! Yea I got accepted at UH Second Degree program so I'll accept for now. I'd rather go to UT Health in Houston or UTMB as well. Good luck everyone!!

My understanding is they want general chemistry. I would go ahead and apply with whatever chemistry you have. since they keep changing their chem requirement, you never know.
