The University of Alabama | Application for FNP program - Fall 2025

I just submitted my application for the family nurse practitioner program that starts in the fall of 2025. I was a nervous wreck! Hoping I did well enough to have a decent chance of acceptance. I am still in the middle of taking my BSN but will be done in July. I've been working as an RN for about six years before I decided to go back to get my BSN. I'm just hoping to get in so I can just keep going until the very end. I'm afraid if I take another "break" that "break" will turn into years and years of refusing to go back.

Sorry for the long post, but for anyone who may already be in the program, how long did it take most of y'all to hear back after submitting your interview? I'm going to be sitting on pins and needles!

I literally was looking for any info on this today haha. I haven't heard a single word.

Hey! I applied for Spring of 2026 start. I just finished up my DS and BC...curious to see how the first semester is going for you?
