to those who are dreadfully waiting for the nclex results:
1. take your mind off the exam.
2. if you can't, try formulating a plan on what-to-do if i
pass or fail.
3. do something that makes you happy. e.g. exercise, shop,
read etc.
4. channel your anxiety to activities that can use up your
energy.
5. call a friend and confide.
6. take a walk around your neighborhood.
7. stay at home and pamper yourself with a nice warm bath.
8. grab some snacks and go watch a movie.
9. write an email to a long lost friend and catch up.
10. listen to your mp3s or favorite band.
11. make a scrapbook.
12. cook for the family.
13. go to a party with friends.
14. silence.
15. pray.
