there a lot of posturing or activity that must be avoided for THR and TKR patient cares to prevent any dislocation at operative site. But i still need the important and comparison between both of them.

have you looked both of these procedures up online? there is a lot of information about them so that you should be able to find all kinds of information about the aftercare quite easily. one difference is that thr patients have to be positioned with their legs abducted so their prosthesis doesn't dislocate. that is not something that has to be done for tkr patients. you can read about both surgeries on these websites:
