I dont work at this hospital, but send a thank you card/note. The unit would love that Im sure. Glad you had a great experience :)

Step son was in multiple units. ER -> PICU -> 2 different units on the 7th floor. Aside from hand delivery, can one just mail it to the "general" unit and main addy?

I agree with Brea

I went thru something with a son too- send a card and a wonderful basket of goodies for the nurses! They will appreciate that small act of kindness, and you will feel good about thanking them! Also- if any one at all of the staff (regardless of title) stood out in your mind- send a letter of appreciation to the CEO of that hospital recognizing that staff person for doing a job well done. When I did that I mentioned a RN- she was amazing, and a housekeeper- that woman had more compassion than anyone could have imagined!! Thank goodness for namebadges!!! Fairview in Edina Mn is the best!!!!!
