We have been hearing a lot of bad things in this forums; bad agencies, bad hospitals, bad contracts, bad pays, etc.
You know what the first thing I learn in the US? If someone greeted you "How are you doing?" don't answer them, they do not expect you to answer it anyways. People here don't take the time to really know "how people are doing". In a totally different environment like US, you can barely find sincere people. Even your neighbors for 5 or 10 years is a totally stranger.
I am just thankful for those Angels who are making our lives bearable. It made me believe that there are still good people out there who are willing to lend a helping hand and do not expect anything in retrun.
