my 4th time taking the nclex pn please help

hi everyone, this my 4th time taking the nclex pn I really need all the help I can get.I feel very discourage, fear and hopeless.I finish school since 2010 and trying my best to pass the nclex, I been unsuccessful.I really need someone to study with because I can't concentrate.I also work night shift 5days a week please help!
