Hi everyone! I am new to allnurses.com, so my apologies in advance if I've posted this topic elsewhere on the website. I submitted my application and all supporting documents at the beginning of the month to Texas Wesleyan's CRNA program for the entering class of 2017. Has anyone applied this cycle received an interview date or any feedback from the school? Thanks in advance!
Finished my interview earlier today. I was assuming it would be 1 candidate per interview but for mine, it was myself and another candidate. Anyone else have this happen before or this time?
@ John_doe that's really weird. I have never heard of such interview. Please update us on how it went. Were you asked specific questions to the ICU you specialize in or just general questions? Did they give you any information on acceptance on the spot?
oh wow! thanks for the heads up john doe. how do you think it went? did they call you this afternoon for an acceptance? They may wait till Monday since some of us are still interviewing Friday. Glad it went well for you and you can put the interview behind you now!
Hey all. I thought it went okay. Not very many clinical questions. And a few personal questions. Only about 30 minutes long in total. It was a little confusing because I wasn't expecting a dual interview ? But, I'm glad it's over and behind me.
They said at the latest we would all know by NEXT Friday. So, sometime before then or by next Friday everyone should know who's interviewing this week.
I thought it went alright! They really drilled me on heart stuff. I interviewed with the director and I had two other candidates with me as well! I was told that the latest we would hear would be next Friday the 20, but all interviews for the whole program were done today!
