I chose dfw, last year I didn't make it, so this is my second time applying but the video is stressing me out I want to knock it down today,

Just finished up with the video interviews! Overall they were not terrible I thought. I guess I will find out soon enough! Does anyone know what will be the next step after this?

Good on you for applying again ! Do they  tell you the reasons for not making it ? It's better to just knock it out you feel so much better after

Waiting for their decision! I think they also will be asking for locations one more time as well.

Hey! Thanks for joining the group! Was anyone given night shift for clinicals that didn't want it? Are you with the same preceptor on the same unit all year or do you move units to see more specialties? Are clinicals twice a week pretty consistently or does it vary? How is it adapting to learning all from a textbook?
