Yes, and Laredo is requiring face masks (scarves/bandannas) in public places. Visitors from Louisiana are required to isolate for 2 weeks or face fine.

Curious how are they enforcing this? I swear people still are not getting it- or do not care! I am in MA and just got home from braving the grocery store. They finally have rules so I had to wait in a line 6 ft apart from others, and we were admitted into the store one at a time and given a sanitized cart. Very limited number of people allowed inside. As I am shopping, I notice a mother and her teen daughter, no mask, no gloves and the daughter is eating out of an open bag of chips as they shop and she is LICKING her fingers , and pushing the cart ? Like seriously people freaking THINK!
