I’ve heard about an interview from HEB and not from any other locations as of yet.

 I haven't heard from any of mine that I applied to but my Frisco app says it's under review but it's said that for almost a week now.

I have several under review right now. The position I got the interview for was under review for almost a week. They could still just be evaluating applications.
