They’ve already extended offers to everyone. I interviewed almost two weeks ago and they said to give them two weeks, but to let them know if we get offers elsewhere in case they want to counteroffer. I got an offer for Baylor and told them a couple of days ago and they said they’ve already finalized ER. 

Congratulations on your Baylor offer! What position did you get hired for? I just had my interview with L&D. And that’s awesome, I didn’t know they would do counteroffers. I thought it was a set rate!

Some positions still seem open. The recruiter told me  different recruiters interview for different positions. I hope you get an interview soon

I got an offer for THR Dallas NICU and they had said the base rate is $30. But I told them that I got offered 30.50 somewhere else so now she’s counter offering for $31. I’ll let you guys know in a couple days what they say. The recruiter said that it won’t affect my offer if I ask for more!

I accepted an offer, because I didn't know if I would get hired on at a different hospital. Are you blacklisted at THR if you rescind the position?

No. I’m waiting to hear back from Baylor. I have my interview with them on oct 13

Nope. I asked for $31 and they said no. So base rate is $30

Did they tell you about pay differentials? Night and weekend?

Yah they told me base pay is $30 an hour. The night and weekend differential is between 3 and 10 I think depending on experience. They have pretty good benefits and PTO hours

I was told $3.75 for nights, $4.30 for weekends.
