Does anyone know, if you’ve been offered more at a different hospital if Baylor is willing to match that?

So I asked around for more details about the differentials at THR and it’s the following… Weekday evening: $3.75 nights: $4.50 weekend days/evening: $9 weekend nights: $10.25 critical shift: $15

I think THR would be a better option. I’ve heard their raises and benefits are very good

Nope. I asked for $31 and they said no. So base rate is $30

No. I’m waiting to hear back from Baylor. I have my interview with them on oct 13

Has anyone heard back from the critical care track?

I got an offer for THR Dallas NICU and they had said the base rate is $30. But I told them that I got offered 30.50 somewhere else so now she’s counter offering for $31. I’ll let you guys know in a couple days what they say. The recruiter said that it won’t affect my offer if I ask for more!

Hey! I have an interview for the MICU coming up and I also heard back from the OR today for interviews.

Hi guys. I applied to thr when it opened and have received a couple of interviews. NICU in Dallas. OR in Arlington. And an upcoming ICU interview at Arlington. Does anyone know if we are allowed to have multiple offers for different units and locations or if only one offer is possibly given for thr as a whole?
