Texas endorsement. What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone please walk through me step by step on how I endorse my NY license to TX??????

I sent out the application with the fee and paid the nursys verification on the same day. I went to identogo to get a fingerprint card but it won't let me enroll to get one.

What am I doing wrong?????

Someone please help me out.

What about the fingerprints?? It won't let me get a fingerprint card on identogo. Do I need to wait for them to process the application first and then get the fingerprint card?

Did you go to the Texas BON site to see what all the requirements are?

Also, you can call the BON to ask them what the hold up is.

Yes I did. What I'm trying to figure out is the fingerprint part. It is very confusing on their site and application. I sent them an email since I can't get a hold of anyone.
