Texas Christian University (TCU) - applying for 2022

I didn’t see a thread for the Texas Christian University class beginning in 2022. Good luck everyone. 

I was accepted as well and have United Regional in Wichita Falls, TX as my clinical site. I interviewed on Tuesday morning. Also, as someone suggested, I created a facebook page for those who are accepted. It is titled "TCU DNP-A Nurse Anesthesia Class of 2024" so request an invite and we can all get to know each other.

No email at all for me yet. I don’t think it’s alphabetical. Clinical site would make the most sense to me from the information I have gathered!

I agree, I think it's probably by clinical site.

I hope it is not alphabetical. Clinical site would make sense to me too! We will see hear soon one way or another I guess

My email went out yesterday, last name begins with a letter very close to the end of the alphabet... unless they are going by first names. Not trying to discourage anyone, but just to add as many facts to the discussion as possible.

The bottom line is nobody knows TCU's process but those behind the wheel, so all we can do is speculate.

If that’s the case then I apologize to everyone. Alphabetical made sense based upon the info that I had. Sorry if I made anyone else’s wait worse!

I got my email yesterday of acceptance and interviewed on Wednesday. My last name starts with an O not sure how the process is. Anyways I joined that facebook group. Goodluck everyone!

Maybe they email alphabetically based off of a unanimous committee decision first, then go alphabetically from the next group? Or they are waiting on hearing from any students declining their spot before moving on to the next group? Just a thought.

My husband thinks the same thing about the delay being planned for people declining their spots based on undesirable clinical placements… Has anyone else not gotten any of their top 3-4 sites?
