Hi I didn't see a thread yet for people applying this may! I'm curious if everyone is completing the optional writing portion of the application? I don't have a period of low grades necessarily and I'm not sure what they're wanting in the second box for "comments for the interviewers" either! lmk what ya'll think!

I know everyone, myself included, is anxious to have decisions out, but they did both and tell me in the interview that we'd hear by August 31st at latest. I know we are all hoping it'll be before then, but it's possible the staff on the admissions committee had other initiatives/obligations/vacations planned that might push this year out further than what they have in recent years. I would just expect the worst (timing wise) and hope for the best.

Totally understandable! I've heard conflicting information, so I'll continue to sit tight until the 31st then.
"Thank you again for interviewing for admission to the TCU DNAP program.
Admission decisions will be released no later than August 29, 2025. The decisions will be sent via email.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.”
Yep. If they went through the effort to send this mass email out, my guess is it'll likely be end of the week at minimum before decisions are sent out.
Hey CRNA hopefuls! I got accepted during the last round of interviews. Just to give y'all a little insight. Last year, interviews were VERY late, which is why the turn around time feels so long for you guys. You guys interviewed at the normal time which gives the faculty and staff more time to make great decisions. This week is a busy one since my cohort just started in person, and the cohort ahead of me just started their clinicals this week. Have faith, TCU picks fantastic people! If you don't get in this time, remember there are lots of opportunities around you. There are a growing number of schools in Texas all waiting to meet you. Last year, TCU sent out emails on August 30th, so you just have a little while longer to wait! If you get in, WELCOME, and GO HORNED FROGS!
