Hi I didn't see a thread yet for people applying this may! I'm curious if everyone is completing the optional writing portion of the application? I don't have a period of low grades necessarily and I'm not sure what they're wanting in the second box for "comments for the interviewers" either! lmk what ya'll think! 

AANA is ending today so hopefully by the end of the week!

Did anyone who emailed asking for an update get a reply yet? Really hoping they send out emails tomorrow, I can't wait another weekend/week 😭 the anxiety is too much

I think the next semester of classes starts on Monday so hopefully today is the day!

I hope so, I'm tired of the suspense 😓. Do you know if we get accepted, if we sign up ASAP for classes? I figured it would be a couple of days to accept and give the deposit. Then later sign up for the classes since we start online first.

I never got a response from the coordinator I emailed. Also hoping today is the day!

Yes it does say we'll have an answer BY August 31st, but if you look through the forums from the last couple of years you'll see they usually got an answer <2 weeks after interviews. I think we're just hoping for a sooner answer. I do think that the AANA conference is a reason it's taking longer as some of the faculty are within the board of directors or are just really involved with AANA in general.

Where do you see the notification by August 31? I couldn't find it on the website.

Prolly the reason they said August 31st because they knew how the schedule would be.
